STRATUS Slide Autolock

The light aluminium version of the STRATUS carabiner for 25 mm paragliding harnesses is equipped with the Slide Autolock gate and the so-called Keeper, which prevents the carrying strap from slipping out of its position.

The STRATUS is the ideal allrounder for any kind of paragliding pilots. No matter if you are a pilot trainee or frequent “flyer”, a cross country pilot or just paragliding on occasion, this airsports carabiner is easy to use, yet very safe.

The carabiner’s gate has been designed to minimize gate play when closed. This minimizes the negative effects of constant vibration stress on the carabiner. The Slide Autolock allows for reliable locking without lock manipulation, yet it can be opened easily by just pressing the slider.

The light aluminium version of the STRATUS may only be used for solo flights. The corresponding marking on the carabiner is the abbreveation “mono”. Due to its shape, the STRATUS carabiner is designed for the use of 25 mm webbings only!

The maximum service life is reached after 1500 flight hours or 5 years from first use. No CE!
