This was the climbing team meeting 2019.

(To answer the most burning question: No, we were not in China. ;)) A sudden cold spell nearly thwarted our plans. Nearly. So after nervously hoping for good weather to come and a postponement of our team meeting for one week, eventually, a golden autumn welcomed us in Tirol on 10 October at our climbing team meeting 2019.

With a lot of sunshine, a blue sky and unusual high temperatures of over 20 degrees, our small but excellent group of AUSTRIALPIN athletes spent their day in the climbing crag "Chinesische Mauer" in Leutasch, which doesn't only have a lot to offer when it comes to enjoying a panoramic view, but it also convinces with a lot of great routes – with a loads of motivation and packed with climbing equipment, some super cool new AUSTRIALPIN products, cameras and even a drone, climbing fun was guaranteed on this day!

"Allez", "Go, go, go" and "You got this" were the motivational words already in the morning; our athletes climbed everything they could lay their (chalk) hands on. When it got way to hot on the rock at midday, the climbing session was moved a bit lower in the protecting cool of the trees and the (party still wet) rocks – and on it went! We climbed, shooted, cheered and laughed until shortly before sunset, before having a well-deserved dinner. At the end of a successful day and in a cosy atmosphere with delicious food, there was still a lot to discuss and talk about – climbing, of course. ;)
